Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through personal and business tax needs while leveraging Intuit resources to expand services within your community. You will partner with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver end-to-end solutions, cultivate long-term relationships, and drive client loyalty.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040s per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite and commit to 20 hours/week.
• Training and development required; may include cross-training.
• Willing to wear provided uniform and participate in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services within the Intuit ecosystem.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and build trust for year-round support.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location and support customers during peak periods.
