Job summary

Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in multiple U.S. locations. The role centers on on-site, full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual customers.

You will collaborate with a broader team of specialists, grow your local client base, and deliver an exceptional TurboTax experience while representing Intuit in the community.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advice for TurboTax clients.
• Build local client base through outreach and community events.
• Collaborate with specialists to address business and personal tax needs.
• Deliver end-to-end TurboTax client experience on-site and virtually.
