Intuit is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at new locations across the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation onsite, providing expert advice and software support while coordinating with a broader team of specialists.

You will grow the local client base, establish relationships, and drive loyalty through community outreach. The role emphasizes a connected, end-to-end customer experience with Intuit resources behind you.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Must work onsite 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships; act as local TurboTax ambassador.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma for year‑round support.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with professionalism and empathy.
