Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service team as Local Service Experts in new TurboTax locations across the United States.

In this role you will deliver full-service tax return preparation, expert tax guidance, and software support to on-site and virtual clients, collaborating with a broader team of specialists to provide end-to-end Intuit experiences and ongoing client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Eligible to file taxes in the US with PTIN.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for at least 20 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local customer base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, referrals and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience and support clients year-round.
