Job summary

Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts in TurboTax locations across the United States. This role combines tax expertise, entrepreneurial spirit, and community engagement to help customers with tax needs.

You will work on-site providing full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support, while connecting clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and advisory services for a seamless Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential with strong tax preparation experience.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service areas with training provided.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location and meet hours requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients (personal and business).
• Build and grow local client base through outreach and community involvement.
• Coordinate with team of tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit service.
