Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver full-service tax preparation and expert tax advice at a local TurboTax location. You will engage with clients in person and virtually, guiding them through complex tax scenarios and connecting them with Intuit’s extended services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional software.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20+ hours per week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the TurboTax client base with outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build lasting relationships and deliver superior customer experiences across in-person and virtual interactions.
