Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to deliver on-site tax preparation and advice at a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will work with a team of tax professionals to serve both in-person and virtual clients, handling personal and business tax considerations in a relatable, client-focused manner.

You will actively grow the local client base, participate in community events, and connect clients with Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credential preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state returns per season.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and full preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and referrals.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping and payroll as appropriate.
