Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax preparation services at local TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site, delivering accurate tax solutions, while also growing a local client base and connecting clients with Intuit’s broader financial services ecosystem.

The role emphasizes a hands-on approach, collaboration with tax and advisory specialists, and a customer-centric experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to additional Intuit services such as bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
