Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at TurboTax locations in the United States. You will work with personal and business tax needs, collaborate with a team of specialists, and help grow the local client base through community outreach.

You will deliver accurate tax solutions, connect clients to Intuit services, and ensure a seamless, end-to-end customer experience across in-person and virtual meetings.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software. Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must be willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must be willing to wear Intuit uniforms and use your name/picture for advertising.
• Interest in building a local and online social presence as a TurboTax Expert.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador to grow a local client base and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions such as bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or Credit Karma.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in person and via Intuit video tools.
