Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation, explain complex tax concepts, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem for ongoing support.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping individuals and small businesses navigate taxes while driving local market growth and client loyalty through community engagement and personalized service.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN is required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional tax software.
• Willing to work onsite at a TurboTax office location for a minimum of 20 hours/week.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients across personal and business earners.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base and partnerships.
• Connect clients with the Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Develop long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Collaborate with a team of financial experts to ensure end-to-end client success.
