Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States, delivering hands-on tax preparation and expert advice to individual and business clients.

You will collaborate with a team of specialists, grow the local client base, and provide end-to-end support from discovery through refunds, while upholding the company’s commitment to customer success.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years preparing 1040s for 30+ federal/state returns.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 20 hours/week.
• Fluency in English; bilingual in Spanish a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax returns.
• Assist clients in local community and grow client base.
• Collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Participate in local events and marketing initiatives.
