Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location across the United States. You will provide full-service tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while building local relationships and growing the client base.

Responsibilities include delivering end-to-end tax solutions, collaborating with specialists, and connecting clients to Intuit ecosystem offerings. A community-focused, entrepreneurial mindset and strong communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to work onsite, 20+ hours per week, during peak periods.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients, handling personal and business income and deductions.
• Serve as a local community ambassador, driving new client growth and relationship-building.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for client needs.
• Develop long-term client relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
• Engage clients in both in-person meetings and Intuit video tools, ensuring clear tax outcomes.
