Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will deliver full-service tax preparation, provide expert guidance, and support a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients.

You will also build local relationships, attract new clients, and promote the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services to help customers achieve their financial goals.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes as required by law.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Introduce clients to Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
