Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to join a on-site TurboTax location, providing hands-on tax preparation, expert guidance, and software support for personal and business returns.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, building trust and offering holistic services within the Intuit ecosystem. You will grow the local client base, participate in outreach, and work closely with a team of specialists to deliver a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per season.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office location; minimum 20 hours per week.
• Willing to upskill into additional services (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training.
• Must reside in the United States and maintain any required state licenses.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach, referrals, and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) for year-round support.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain professional standards.
• Collaborate with a team of specialists to ensure end-to-end client service.
