Intuit is seeking on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide in-person and virtual tax support, build local client relationships, and grow the TurboTax business within communities. You’ll deliver thorough tax preparation, connect clients to Intuit services, and participate in local events and marketing initiatives.

You will work with a team of tax professionals, wearing company uniforms, and adhering to training requirements while representing Intuit in a positive, customer-focused manner.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory services.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office 8:00–17:00, minimum 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms; may have name used in advertising.
• Interest in building local community presence and relationships.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base, attract new clients, and drive loyalty.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience with personalized support.
• Engage both on-site and via Intuit video tools to assist clients.
