Intuit, Inc. seeks on-site TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide expert tax preparation and personalized advice.

You will work with clients in a collaborative, end-to-end model, serving both in-person and virtual customers while integrating with a team of specialists across business services. You will drive local growth, deliver a seamless customer experience, and leverage Intuit resources to address client needs from simple W-2 filings to complex business scenarios, including retirement,

Formación

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, primarily 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM local time, minimum 20 hours per week.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions beyond tax filing, including bookkeeping and payroll when appropriate.
• Build long-term relationships with clients to turn one-time engagements into year-round partnerships.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience with professionalism and proactive problem-solving.
