Job summary

Intuit, Inc. seeks a TurboTax Local Service Expert to work onsite at a TurboTax location, serving in-person and virtual clients with tax expertise and end-to-end support. You will help clients navigate complex scenarios, connect them with the full Intuit ecosystem, and grow local clientele.

You’ll build trust through personalized service, attending community events, and delivering clear tax guidance while leveraging marketing tools to expand your local impact.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Willing to work onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Monday–Friday, at least 20 hours/week.
• Must reside in the United States and obtain state licenses if required.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise - give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador - grow local client base and foster relationships.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem - connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and Credit Karma.
• Build Relationships - turn transactions into long-term customer partnerships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience - ensure professional, helpful client interactions.
