Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts at one of our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will work on-site providing full-service tax return preparation and expert guidance, serving in-person and virtual clients who use Intuit TurboTax products.

You will be the connective tissue between customers and a broader team of specialists, collaborating on business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via Intuit tools.
