Job summary

Intuit seeks motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team in a local TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support clients with both personal and business tax needs.

You will work onsite with a collaborative team, grow the local client base, and connect clients with the full Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory) with training provided by Intuit.
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, primarily between 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Must complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and may be featured in advertising using name/photo.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, growing the local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Develop understanding of clients' complete financial picture and connect them with Intuit solutions.
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
• Collaborate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
