Intuit, Inc. is seeking enthusiastic individuals to serve as TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations nationwide.

You will perform on-site tax return preparation, offer expert tax guidance, and support clients with software and service integration, delivering a comprehensive Intuit experience. You will work in a collaborative team, serving both in-person and virtual clients, and actively grow the local client base through community outreach and trusted relationships.

Formación

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas (e.g., bookkeeping, payroll, business tax advisory).
• Must be comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office location, Monday through Friday, for a minimum of 20 hours per week.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) communication skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Identify opportunities to introduce clients to bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, or other Intuit services to address broader needs.
• Build local relationships and actively grow the customer base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
