You will provide full-service tax return preparation, expert advice, and software support while coordinating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. This role emphasizes in-person client meetings, community engagement, and a strong local presence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per tax season using professional tax prep software.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and related tax regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow TurboTax client base through local community outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, or financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
