Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in our TurboTax locations across the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice and prepare tax returns for clients, both in-person and virtually.

As a local expert, you will grow the TurboTax client base, build lasting relationships in your community, and collaborate with a network of tax professionals to deliver end-to-end solutions within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years preparing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll or advisory roles.
• Onsite presence 20+ hours per week, 8:00–17:00 local time.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and networking.
• Collaborate with specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit services for clients.
• Build long-term client relationships and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Assist clients with holistic tax planning and leverage Intuit ecosystem tools.
