Intuit is seeking highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic team as dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts in one of our new TurboTax locations across the United States. This role focuses on on-site tax return preparation, expert guidance, and building local client relationships within the Intuit ecosystem.

Qualifikationen

• EA, CPA, or practicing attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Onsite work Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time, 20 hours/week min.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including complex personal and business returns.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow TurboTax clientele through outreach and events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience for in-person and virtual clients.
