Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You'll grow a local client base, host community events, and deliver a best-in-class experience through in-person meetings and advanced TurboTax tools, while complying with training and uniform requirements.

Qualifications

• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours per week.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be featured in advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base by outreach, workshops, and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem: bookkeeping, payroll, planning, and advisory services.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via Intuit tools.
