You’ll engage with customers to understand their financial picture, deliver end-to-end service, and help clients plan for future tax needs. Strong communication and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• Tax preparation experience with multiple returns.
• Ability to explain tax concepts to individuals.
• Willingness to grow into broader service areas (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Comfort working onsite at a TurboTax location.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients.
• Act as a local community ambassador to grow the client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping or payroll as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences in person and virtually.
