Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax – Local Service Experts to provide full-service tax preparation and expert guidance at a TurboTax location in the United States. You’ll work closely with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end tax solutions and personal financial planning support.

You will grow the local client base, participate in community events, and leverage marketing tools to expand Intuit’s presence while ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00–17:00 local time, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex returns.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax client base and foster referrals.
• Connect clients withIntuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma).
• Build long-term relationships by understanding complete client financial pictures.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
