Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform on-site tax preparation, advisory services, and software support at a local TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team to deliver end-to-end Intuit experiences, serving both in-person and virtual clients. The role emphasizes growing the local client base, providing personalized tax guidance, and connecting clients with full Intuit services including bookkeeping, payroll, and planning.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney credentials preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and prepare TurboTax clients' returns, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with team of specialists to deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
• Build long-term client relationships and ensure year-round support.
