Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at dedicated TurboTax locations across the United States. You’ll work on-site with a team of financial professionals, serving both in-person and virtual clients while building a local client base and driving loyalty.

You’ll connect clients with broader Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning) and guide them through complex tax scenarios, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end experience.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state returns per season using professional software.
• Open to upskilling into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite work at a TurboTax location with standard business hours.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax returns for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and partnerships.
• Coordinate with tax and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end solutions.
• Deliver high-quality customer experiences in-person and via virtual channels.
• Maintain professional standards, stay compliant with tax laws and company policies.
