Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide hands-on tax preparation and expert advice at a local TurboTax location. You will serve as a trusted advisor, working with a team of specialists to deliver end-to-end solutions for personal and business taxes while growing your local client base.

You will engage with clients in person and virtually, leveraging Intuit tools to maximize refunds, minimize liabilities, and offer year‑round tax planning.

Qualifications

• EA certification and active credentials required for tax preparation.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, including personal and business returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and referrals while partnering with marketing resources.
• Connect clients with Intuit’s ecosystem of services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, Credit Karma) for year‑round support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience through professional communication and timely service.
