Intuit, Inc. is hiring TurboTax Local Service Experts to perform full-service tax return preparation and expert tax advice at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will collaborate with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver an end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. You’ll act as a local community ambassador, attract new clients, and build long-term relationships while leveraging TurboTax marketing tools and resources.

Qualifications

• Must have EA, CPA, or practicing attorney certification and active PTIN.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid tax filing experience with 30+ returns per season using professional software.
• Willingness to work onsite at a TurboTax location, 20+ hours per week, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.
• Willingness to complete all required training and to use Intuit uniforms.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus; strong customer-facing communication required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete TurboTax client returns, from simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow local TurboTax clientele and foster relationships.
• Coordinate with Intuit ecosystem specialists for integrated services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build lasting client relationships through in-person and virtual meetings and community events.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and guidance using Intuit tools and resources.
