Job summary

Intuit is hiring TurboTax - Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You provide hands-on tax advice and comprehensive tax preparation for individuals and businesses, collaborating with specialists to deliver end-to-end service while growing the local client base.

You’ll engage with the community, offer personalized guidance, and leverage Intuit tools to expand services beyond filing.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season with professional software.
• Upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax location, 8:00–17:00 local time, 20+ hours/week.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for clients.
• Build local community presence and grow the customer base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem—bookkeeping, payroll, planning.
• Cultivate long-term relationships and exceptional customer experiences.
• Interact with customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
