Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and expert guidance. You will engage with clients personally and virtually, build long-term relationships, and leverage Intuit resources to provide end-to-end tax solutions.

You will be part of a team, growing local business, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while serving as a trusted advisor in a dynamic community setting.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Attorney with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid returns prepared using professional software; familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex returns.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to deliver end-to-end solutions.
