Qualifications

• Must have 3+ years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 returns per tax season with professional software.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or business tax advisory with training.
• Comfortable working onsite at a TurboTax office, 20 hours/week minimum, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM local time.
• Willing to complete all required training and development as determined by the business.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms and be comfortable with name/picture advertising.
• English/Spanish bilingual skills are a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, grass-roots marketing, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, planning, or Credit Karma as appropriate.
• Deliver a best-in-class customer experience in-person and via video tools.
• Build lasting client relationships year-round and ensure client satisfaction.
