Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide full-service tax return preparation and expert advice, partnering with a broader team of specialists to address complex personal and business tax needs.

You will help grow the local TurboTax client base, engage with the community, and use Intuit tools to deliver a seamless, year‑round client experience.

Qualificações

• EA/CPA or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional tax software; familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training provided by Intuit.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions, minimize tax liabilities, maximize refunds, and provide future tax planning advice.
• Grow local client base through targeted outreach, community partnerships, and events.
• Collaborate with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory teams to deliver end-to-end service.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience in-person and via Intuit’s tools.
