Job summary

Intuit is seeking TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States, delivering full-service tax preparation and advisory services to in-person and virtual clients.

You will collaborate with a cross-functional team, nurture local client relationships, and drive growth using TurboTax tools and Intuit ecosystem offerings. Strong customer service and community engagement are essential.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorneys with tax prep experience preferred.
• Active PTIN to file taxes required by law.
• 3+ years of paid tax return experience with professional software.
• Willing to upskill to additional services with training.
• Onsite presence 20+ hours/week, 8:00–17:00, Mon–Fri.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Build and grow a local client base through outreach and partnerships.
• Connect clients to complementary Intuit services such as bookkeeping/payroll.
• Deliver end-to-end tax solutions with team collaboration.
• Engage customers in-person and via Intuit video tools.
