Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking energetic TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax preparation, advice, and software support while building local relationships and a thriving client base.

You will collaborate with a broader team to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services, ensuring a seamless, end-to-end TurboTax experience that supports client prosperity in the community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent, CPA, or Attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill to advisory services with training.
• On-site role, 20 hours per week, 8:00–5:00 local time.
• Willing to complete compliance and training requirements.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interested in building a local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond tax filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax expertise and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Act as a community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to the Intuit ecosystem, including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning services.
• Build relationships to convert prospects into long-term clients and deliver end-to-end support.
• Deliver best-in-class customer experience during in-person and virtual interactions.
