Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join our on-site team at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, expert advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to deliver an end-to-end client experience. You will build long-term relationships within the local community, attract new clients, and contribute to growth through local events and marketing

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or practitioner with strong tax prep knowledge preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory with training.
• Must be onsite at a TurboTax office, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Willing to wear Intuit uniforms and be used in advertising.
• Interest in local community presence and content creation.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory services beyond tax filing.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Be a proactive community ambassador, grow local client base, and engage through events and outreach.
• Champion the full Intuit ecosystem by linking clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
• Build relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience both in-person and via Intuit tools.
