Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as TurboTax Local Service Experts, working onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, tax advice, and software support while collaborating with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services. You’ll grow TurboTax’s local client base, develop relationships, and leverage marketing tools to build a thriving community presence.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA, or Practicing Attorney with strong tax prep experience and tax law knowledge.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid tax returns experience (federal/state). Familiarity with Circular 230.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, tax advisory; training provided by Intuit.
• Comfortable working onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, 20+ hours/week; training/compliance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparations for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Act as a proactive community ambassador to grow the local TurboTax client base.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services like bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.
• Build lasting client relationships and trust through local engagement.
• Deliver excellent customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.
