Zusammenfassung

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to join new locations across the United States. You will provide year-round tax expertise, complete returns, and guide clients through complex tax scenarios in-person and virtually.

You will work onsite, act as a local ambassador, help grow the TurboTax client base, and collaborate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service while offering outstanding customer experiences and financial guidance.

Qualifikationen

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Onsite work at TurboTax office; 20+ hours weekly.
• Willing to upskill into new service types with training.
• Must wear Intuit uniforms; advertising use of name/picture.
• Spanish/English bilingual a plus.

Aufgaben

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations.
• Grow local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services to address complete financial needs.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and educate clients on tax planning and related topics.
