Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States, handling in-person and virtual clients with tax expertise and advisory capabilities.

You will collaborate closely with specialists across business tax, bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning, and other Intuit services to deliver end-to-end client solutions and build a thriving local practice.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• 3+ years of preparing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, advisory services.
• Onsite role; 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20+ hours/week.
• Willing to complete required training and wear uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online TurboTax presence.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients with Intuit services like bookkeeping and payroll.
• Deliver exceptional customer experience in person and via video tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end service.
• Engage in community education and local marketing initiatives.
