Intuit, Inc. is seeking qualified TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at TurboTax locations across the United States.

You will perform full-service tax return preparations and offer expert tax guidance, while coordinating with a team of specialists to provide a seamless end-to-end Intuit experience for clients. Responsibilities include growing the local TurboTax client base, delivering personalized tax advice, and helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or practicing attorney with tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types or more complex work areas with training.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Collaborate with specialists in bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning to serve clients end-to-end.
• Engage with local communities to grow the TurboTax client base.
• Assist clients in maximizing refunds and planning for future tax years.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, typically 20 hours per week, 8:00–17:00.
