Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will provide hands-on tax preparation, offer expert tax advice, and connect clients with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, while driving local growth and relationships. You will be the trusted advisor in the community, helping clients navigate personal and business finances with a focus on year-round support and a seamless, end-to-end Intuit experience.

Qualifications

• Active professional credentials (EA/CPA/Att) preferred and helpful.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, hours Mon–Fri, 8:00–17:00.
• Willing to complete all required training and development.
• Uniforms provided; may be used for advertising with consent.
• Interest in building a local/social presence for TurboTax.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands‑on tax advice and complete prep for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and community partnerships.
• Connect clients to Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Build long-term relationships to turn transactions into loyal clients.
• Deliver exceptional customer experiences and help clients reach financial goals.
