Intuit, Inc. is seeking passionate TurboTax Local Service Experts to join a new location in the United States.

On-site role involves full-service tax return preparation, advising clients, and coordinating with specialists across bookkeeping, payroll, and planning to deliver a seamless Intuit experience. You will engage with local communities to grow the client base, provide in-person and virtual support, and ensure top-notch service during peak tax seasons.

Qualifications

• EA (Enrolled Agent), CPA (Certified Public Accountant), or Practicing Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Have an active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) as required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum of 3 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns per tax season using professional tax preparation software; Familiarity with Circular 230.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tax Expertise – Give hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex tax situations, deductions optimization, amendments.
• Be a Proactive Community Ambassador – Act as the local face, grow the client base through outreach, events, and partnerships with TurboTax marketing tools.
• Champion the Full Intuit Ecosystem – Connect clients with Intuit solutions like bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning.
• Build Relationships – Develop long-term trust, turning transactions into ongoing client partnerships.
• Deliver a Best in Class Customer Experience – Ensure professional, helpful service and clear guidance for financial goals.
