Job summary

Intuit is seeking year-round TurboTax Local Service Experts to work at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide tax expertise, client service, and software support in person and virtually, while growing the local client base and coordinating with a team of specialists across Intuit’s ecosystem.

You’ll engage with clients through tax seasons, deliver end-to-end service, and help customers navigate complex tax situations while building lasting relationships in your community.

Qualifications

• Enrolled Agent (EA), CPA or practicing attorney with strong tax preparation experience.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Willingness to upskill into additional service types (bookkeeping, payroll, advisory).
• Experience with tax laws and client advisory is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax preparation and advisory services for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow the local TurboTax client base through outreach and community events.
• Connect clients with Intuit ecosystem services (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning).
• Build long-term relationships and deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
