Job summary

Intuit, Inc. is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work on-site at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide end-to-end tax services, connect customers with Intuit’s broader ecosystem, and actively grow the local client base through outreach and events.

The role emphasizes tax expertise, client advisory, and a community-centered approach, with the ability to support both in-person and online customers throughout the year.

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax preparation experience and knowledge of tax laws preferred.
• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state individual 1040 returns per season using professional tax software.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation services for TurboTax clients, from simple to complex situations.
• Build and grow a local customer base through outreach, partnerships, and community events.
• Connect clients with the broader Intuit ecosystem (bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning) to address their needs.
• Foster long-term relationships with clients and deliver exceptional customer service and outcomes.
• Work onsite at a TurboTax location, with 20+ hours weekly during peak periods.
