Intuit is seeking dedicated TurboTax Local Service Experts to work onsite at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will provide hands-on tax advice, complete tax returns, and connect clients with a broader team for comprehensive financial services.

The role emphasizes community outreach, local client growth, and cross‑selling Intuit solutions like bookkeeping and payroll, while delivering an exceptional customer experience across in-person and virtual interactions.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with strong tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years filing 30+ federal/state 1040s per tax season with professional software.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services with training.
• Must be onsite 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon–Fri, for at least 20 hours/week.

Responsabilités

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients, handling simple to complex situations.
• Prepare personal and business tax returns, with deductions optimization and amendments.
• Lead discovery sessions and tax reviews to uncover deductions and maximize refunds.
• Grow TurboTax’s local client base through outreach, events, and partnerships.
• Coordinate with the Intuit ecosystem to connect clients with bookkeeping, payroll, and advisory services.
