Intuit is seeking talented individuals for TurboTax Local Service Expert roles at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and collaborate with specialists to address complex scenarios while delivering a seamless Intuit experience.

You will build local relationships, attract new clients, and drive loyalty through hands-on service and community outreach, with the support of marketing resources and the Intuit

Qualifications

• EA/CPA/Attorney with strong tax prep experience and knowledge of tax laws.
• Active PTIN to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid experience filing 30+ federal and state 1040 tax returns per tax season.
• Willing to upskill into bookkeeping, payroll, or advisory services.
• Must work onsite at a TurboTax office location, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, Mon-Fri, for ≥20 hours/week.
• Must complete required training and wear Intuit uniforms; may be used for advertising.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Experience in holistic tax advisory beyond filing.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Assist with deductions, amendments, and future tax planning.
• Grow local client base and community outreach.
• Coordinate with bookkeeping, payroll, financial planning teams.
• Deliver end-to-end Intuit experience.
