Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. This role focuses on full-service tax return preparation, tax advice, and software support for both in-person and virtual clients, with growth into broader Intuit services.

You will be a trusted advisor, helping customers navigate complex tax scenarios and building local relationships through community outreach and marketing support.

Qualifications

• EA, CPA, or attorney with tax prep experience.
• Active PTIN required by law to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of filing 30+ federal/state 1040 returns per season using professional software.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local client base through outreach and events.
• Connect clients to bookkeeping, payroll, and planning services within Intuit ecosystem.
• Build relationships as the local TurboTax ambassador.
• Assist clients in-person and via Intuit video tools.
