Job summary

Intuit is seeking dedicated individuals to join our TurboTax Local Service Expert team at a TurboTax location in the United States. You will perform full-service tax return preparation, provide expert tax advice, and support software use while collaborating with a broader team of specialists to deliver a seamless Intuit experience.

You will engage with clients in-person and virtually, build relationships, and help grow TurboTax’s local client base through targeted outreach and community

Qualifications

• Tax expertise and credentials preferred (EA/CPA/Attorney).
• Strong client-facing communication skills and ability to educate clients.

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete preparation for TurboTax clients.
• Grow local TurboTax client base through community outreach and events.
• Coordinate with Intuit specialists to deliver end-to-end service.
