Intuit, Inc. is seeking diligent TurboTax Local Service Experts to provide on-site tax preparation and advisory services at a TurboTax location in the United States.

You will work with a team, handle in-person and virtual clients, and help build a lasting local client base with the support of marketing tools. You will be responsible for tax preparation, planning, and connecting clients to the broader Intuit ecosystem including bookkeeping, payroll, and financial planning.

Formación

• Active PTIN required to file taxes.
• Minimum 3 years of paid 1040 returns filed per season.
• Familiarity with Circular 230 and tax laws.
• Willing to upskill into additional service types with training.
• Onsite at a TurboTax office, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, 20 hours/week.
• Willing to complete training & development programs.
• Required to wear Intuit uniforms.
• Interest in building local and online presence for TurboTax.

Responsabilidades

• Provide hands-on tax advice and complete tax prep for TurboTax clients, including simple to complex scenarios.
• Grow local client base through community outreach and events with marketing support.
• Connect clients to holistic Intuit services (bookkeeping, payroll, planning).
• Deliver exceptional customer experience and address tax-related challenges.
• Engage both in-person and via video tools to support clients.
